Had them come deliver my order.My actual drivers licence expires at midnight today and some how their system says that it is expired when in fact I showed him the receipt of it being renewed before the expiry date. Please explain that ?????????
I have had enough. The female employee Michelle has ruined what should be a simple and pleasant experience to buy wine. Every single time she's either degrading her coworkers, over sharing with her personal life problems, relentlessly bad mouthing the other female employee and trashing employees at other bottle O's. She drags customers into her bitterness and workplace drama without shame or awareness. This is toxic, inappropriate and deeply unprofessional. It's disgraceful and reflects very poorly on BWS. Do better.
The last 3 times I’ve been there it has been closed for 30 minutes, the 2nd time there was a dark haired guy inside saying he’s closed. Ridiculous. Someone should tell management about this slacker. The hours say open, bludger says closed 🤷♂️ I don’t believe it. Came back two hours later and he’s closed again - twice in one afternoon. Bullshit bws Brassall. Never again, I’ll go to the one near work on the way home.
