I was at the store at 8:48 pm on 04/03/2026 and the official store closing time is 9 pm. However when I approached the store the store was closed! The operator inside told me that they are closed. If you guys close at 8:48 put that on the Website. Sheer display of shoddy behaviour by the operator. Maybe the management will be able to shed some light on this!
Great range of products. Helpful and friendly staff. Update. Staff there now are not friendly, rude and unhelpful. Will now go elsewhere
I walked up to the store at 9:49pm on Saturday the 8th of November and tried to enter to buy drinks and the door was locked. I made eye contact with a guy with long curly hair and a beanie who was counting the tills and he mouthed to me “we’re closed” and refused to let me in. The store doesn’t close until 10pm on a Saturday. My friend went into the Woolies that is next to the store at 9:54 and he was in there talking to another Woolies worker, when he was supposed to be working until 10pm
It's a BWS, so not much to say about range and price etc as it's out of this store's control. What is in this store's control is what is done well and I love: - I don't think I've ever been here an had an item I was after out of stock. - Friendly staff. Always a greeting at the door and counter service is great!
