Disgusting behaviour on New Year’s Eve. The staff clearly didn’t feel like working and made it obvious through their rude attitude and complete lack of professionalism. Instead of being welcoming on such a busy night, we were treated as if we were an inconvenience. Very disappointing experience and definitely not what you expect on New Year’s Eve. Would not recommend.
I would like to give them 0 star if i can staff was unprofessional and arrogant On New year eve They must need training how to serve customers. Never gonna visit again
It’s Very disappointed with the service at this BWS as a local customer . The staff were rude, dismissive, and their attitude felt clearly racist and disrespectful. I am a local, and always shop at this store — which makes it even more disappointing to be treated like I didn’t belong there. Customers deserve basic respect and fairness. Hope staff have a good new year . But I never seen them in this store 😊
What a new year eve We arrived at the store at 8:52 pm, just before closing, and were simply trying to choose a bottle we choose bottle at 8:58. And waited for staff to come and serve us they were ignoring us As the clock turned 9:00 pm, the staff started making excuses and refused to serve us. Their behavior felt discriminatory and disrespectful, and we were denied service for no valid reason other than the way we looked. We left feeling unwelcome and judged. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
The manager was very helpful and the other staff we're also good. The store is clean, well organized and has a great range of products.
