If I could give zero stars for the customer service that I just received from Jay, I would. He was rude and expected me to know that if a six pack was sideways on the shelf, thats all that was left. I wasn't sideways when we picked it up. He was rude and scoffed at me when I asked of we could add 1 can to make up a 6 pack. The store looked neat and tidy.
Jay was awesome tonight. Very helpful & friendly.
The closing time is not correct. Was there at 7:30 and it was closed already.
Not my usual BWS customer experience. A little bit disappointed as my local BWS has friendly and helpful staff.
