The closing time is not correct. Was there at 7:30 and it was closed already.
Not my usual BWS customer experience. A little bit disappointed as my local BWS has friendly and helpful staff.
Terrible customer service, walked in and the guy behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge me or look up just stayed looking on his phone. I was in there for at least 2 mins about 3 metres away from him looking at the spirits and still no hi’ or how are you’ ..? Then when I chose what I wanted with no help from him he was so rude at the counter I couldn’t wait to get out of there !!! He definitely should not be in customer service !
