Easy parking ,have great choice of alcohol and nice staff
I recently visited BWS and honestly had one of the best experiences I’ve had at a bottle shop in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the store felt clean, organised, and very easy to browse. Everything was clearly labelled and neatly displayed, making it simple to find exactly what I was looking for without wasting time searching through shelves. Yesterday I had an issue with an online order due to a glitch on my end, and the customer service from BWS Belmont was exceptional. The team were friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. It’s rare to receive service of that standard these days. I’ll definitely be returning to BWS Belmont and recommending them to others based on the customer service alone.
