Great staff, don’t know what TripleSmoker is on. Staff are required to take break mate. Maybe a mishap in rostering I’m assuming. Maybe stop smoking whatever it is 3 times a day and think deeper into the review (if u have the capability to do that)
Staff closed the shop for like 45min because they were 'Taking a break'. Locked the doors and put a sign up. I dont get it. Your business hours say you are open 9am - 9pm. You should probably add, 'closed at random times whenever staff couldnt be bothered serving'. There were people standing outside at 7.20pm in the dark and cold waiting. I dont know who you had on the evening shift on Sun 06/07/25 but you dont need staff like that. Get rid of them.
Got 2 ctns of totally different types of beer from coolroom. When l got home both ctns of beer were luke warm. Buy elsewhere or at the very least check before you purchase Very poor
Went to drive through, dont know his name but the older male staff member came out straight away, filled the order and delivered it to the car. Fast. Many places wont do that let alone offer drive-thru. Great service.
Went in the designated drive through lane that they enforce, to wait 5 mins and then have to get out of my car to pay anyway. What’s the point of the drive through?
