Beer prices are through the roof. Much cheaper at Woorim.
It used to be a pleasant store. Now the staff seem to be ...almost angry at having to work there. Not a pleasant feeling there. Will shop elsewhere now.
Why is a seemingly teenager behind the counter and asking men in their 30s and 50s for proof of their age with a smirk? They have constant staff turn-over and can't even be trained to ask something as basic as asking for the Woolworths rewards card, so when you show it to them they look dumbfounded. Also bring your own bag if you can, these guys are hopeless at offering you any bag or box. Meanwhile other bottleshops often give you a free bag each time with purchase.
Why has the customer related staff not this store anymore. Eg. Walk in today,shelves not stocked,brought 6 bottles of wine ,looked for carton - none ,girl said no cartons or bags to put wine bottles,go and get a bag, ok, returned to store with MY own bag. Why no bags,I brought 6 wines at Meridan 2 weeks ago,and they offered me a bag FREE,because I brought 6 wines. ??
