Just had the best customer service, I don't know what the womans name was (sat morn) but she was super friendly and very helpful.
Amazingly bad customer service. I came in from Cumbalum to buy some wine - no other reason. Got to their door @ 9:20 am Thurs to find the place closed! Security gate was fully down. I could see people inside walking around and tried to attract their attention - no good. Sign in the window said they open @ 9am! I've had regrettable moments with younger staff in there previously...in your face, don't-you-think-I'm-wonderful stuff. Gotta be a training problem or they are choosing duds. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, the older man serving us was the disgustedly rude, he was extremely unprofessional and passive aggressive. He then also commented and made jokes about us to the next customer. This is also the second experience my partner has had with this employee as well and his behaviour is just appalling
