James has the greatest customer service I have ever encountered. He was patient & understanding when it came to a recent birthday order & was helpful, professional & courteous. His Manager should be very proud to have such a willing worker & I have now made this BWS outlet my preferred store.
Mike, one of the team members, was super friendly and knowledgeable about helping selecting a few wines. I think he is the only BWS worker who actually cares about his job. Thanks mate!
Great friendly staff and good location right next to Woolworths. Patience of people in the car park though can be a little "entitled". So if you value your prized vehicle, park away from where the rushed punters park. Otherwise a great shopping centre.
Easily the rudest, most hostile BWS manager I’ve ever encountered. This lady needs to find a new career- this one isn’t for her.
