Mike, one of the team members, was super friendly and knowledgeable about helping selecting a few wines. I think he is the only BWS worker who actually cares about his job. Thanks mate!
Great friendly staff and good location right next to Woolworths. Patience of people in the car park though can be a little "entitled". So if you value your prized vehicle, park away from where the rushed punters park. Otherwise a great shopping centre.
Easily the rudest, most hostile BWS manager I’ve ever encountered. This lady needs to find a new career- this one isn’t for her.
The lady working there has no clue on how IDs work. Came to buy some liquor with a mate, he was just standing there not buying anything. She asked for my ID and i showed her mine, and then she asked for my mates ID just because he was standing there next to me. I was gonna buy and pay for the liquor. She refused to sell me anything because my “mate” who was there to accompany me did not have ID even though he wasn’t gonna buy anything or even pay for the stuff i was gonna buy.
