Lady at the store is extremely angry and rude She Should not be working in a customer facing rol. Her face is like she hates everyone that walks into this store. Do not go there! If I could rate it ZERO I would. Please get better more professional staff! Before we even walked in she was arguing with a customer.
Went into the store 5.25 pm Saturday 14/2. Guy behind the counter too busy on the phone to speak with me. Time to pay and scanner wouldn't accept my phone to pay. Tried twice and looked at him. (Didn't want to interup his phone conversation). He then said "NO no, that's for your rewards card. " I don't have one. But if he asked I'd have told him that. Worse customer service ever, I went there last night, I can see only one staff behind the counter, but the whole time he was talking to the phone, I been there around 20 mins, he just keep talking , when I pick my pack rdy to pay , he still holding the phone , not one word to me , he scan the thing I tab to pay , we don't even have any eye contact 😂😂😂
