Friendly, helpful staff and very broad selection of stock
Terrible service, which is odd given how many other reviews mention great service so perhaps a new staffer. Tall man probably late 50s or early 60s. He was doing something in the fridge when I was looking at options. He just grunted and walked away, no greeting or anything. Then when paying, no greeting, no smile, just took my items, scanned them and said price. No eye contact throughout, even when I said thank you. First and last time at Ashgrove West BWS.
