Feedback. I go to check if you’re open. Everything online says you are. But I call just to make sure. No one answers and there’s no message nor opportunity to leave a voicemail. I turn up and of course it is closed. Down the road, a sip n save is open and a bit further than the other direction a thirsty camel is open. Why would I ever use your Shop again. No signs that you care about customers by providing accurate opening hours and an up-to-date voicemail. Your competitors open reliably so I will always use them. Goodbye.
