Went there on 5/12 and was incredibly disappointed with the attitude from a staff member. Had placed my drinks on the counter and was waiting for a friend to grab the ice (which was 5 feet away) and was rudely asked by staff member “so am I waiting?” … yes you are, it’s your job!
It’s a great little bottle shop but closing for lunch for an hour is crazy ! Why can someone have their lunch then the other person serves?? There are 4 people waiting here now
Not the best place but not the worse , no help from staff and not well organised for a Friday arvo
Very disappointed with the guy working tonight. He had no idea about the Bilsons range his manner was very rude to my friend and then when I went to get my drinks they were closed. I'm sorry for a Saturday night I think they should have 2 staff working and be open not closed for an hour....
