I had a wonderful experience visiting this afternoon. Cat (I hope I got her name right) was so kind, she let me charge my phone and patiently waited while I sorted out my payment for the wine. Thank you so much, Cat!
Being degraded and hummiliated infront of other customers from a staff member is never ok. I cant believe the way i was treated and disrespected. What did i do to deserve such a horrible experience? Im dumbfounded and shocked. I never want to feel that way again and will avoid this store like the plauge particually the female staff member with the red dyed hair that targetted me this afternoon.
I came in looking for a wine to buy for my boyfriend’s parents. Based on some information from me the two workers out front (somewhere around 5pm) were able to really help me out! I’m not really good with wine but they helped me find something that the parents loved! Thank you so much :)) great and lovely service
