Wonderful staff, younger fella helped me with a delightful red wine to go with dinner and has since shown me a few delights and even pulled the new 'hard solo' off the bottom of a pallet for me today (I didn't ask he's just amazing) Above and beyond does not begin to describe. My 'Five Star' rating is for 'Jacob'. What a nice man. I spoke to him seven days ago and asked him the availability of a particular Red Wine. Yes it was available. Consequently I asked him to put Six bottles away for me. I called to the shop a few hours later. And there was my wine waiting for me. (Albeit Jacob was not working now) Seven days later, I phoned this same outlet, and yes, Jacob answered the call.
