Big thanks to the guy on shift this evening, he helped me pick out a red wine to go with dinner after a long rough day. He even helped by asking what I was having for dinner to best pair the right wine. Would love some recognition to go to his care and consideration when he didnt need to help me out choice wise as much as he did. Was there at 6pm but didn't think to catch his name, picked out the Jacob's Creek for me.
Wonderful staff, younger fella helped me with a delightful red wine to go with dinner and has since shown me a few delights and even pulled the new 'hard solo' off the bottom of a pallet for me today (I didn't ask he's just amazing) Above and beyond does not begin to describe. Thank you for a wonderful experience again and again!

My 'Five Star' rating is for 'Jacob'. What a nice man. I spoke to him seven days ago and asked him the availability of a particular Red Wine. Yes it was available. Consequently I asked him to put Six bottles away for me. I called to the shop a few hours later. And there was my wine waiting for me. (Albeit Jacob was not working now) Seven days later, I phoned this same outlet, and yes, Jacob answered the call.
