Terrible job, needed the money; only reason I stayed for 8 months. Also, the mill breaks down every week or at least a couple of times a week. You'll never hit production. I loved the labor; it kept me in shape, but the pay didn't match the labor you do. I've heard multiple times about how people only get 30-cent raises. The only way you'll get or make good money is if you stay there for 5+ years, so I would consider this before applying. - Nari
