It was a horrible delivery process after they left my home. I went to see my bed it was scratched!! I called to make a complaint they never returned my call back. I made this purchase before Christmas I paid $744.76 for just the bed frame and ended up been scratched!! They never did a follow up until this day they haven’t got back to me to ask questions about the delivery!!! I have photos of my sleigh bed til this day scratched
I love my new sofa. The price was excellent and Linda G was a dream to work with. Everyone worked hard to make sure we’d get our furniture before Christmas and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend BWO.
James Anderson was very courteous and met me right away to offer his help in choosing counter height chairs for my existing table! We found the perfect one and he gave me a great price for the 6 chairs I needed! He ordered them and delivery was made today!! I love the swivel chairs!
