I was with Tax Hardship Center for 2 years and they simply took my money with no service and kept telling me not to discuss directly with IRS/State. Then told me to handle State by myself and missed emails or communications. BTWP explains everything and has the very best in customer service and promptly returns calls/emails. They do not GHOST their customers.
