I recently reached out to Amber from BW Plumbing and Heating regarding a boiler service and a leaking tap. Brandon contacted me regarding the tap he came out to us, serviced and cleaned the boiler and fixed the tap efficiently and expertly with the tap being as good as new without replacing it. He also helped us to understand why the issue occurred in the first place and also advised on the best service schedule for the boiler going forwards. Everything you could ask for for a trade, keeps to his word and appointments. Friendly and knowledgeable service with no call backs. 100% the only plumber I use for works in my home. Our New boiler has been in over a year and saw plenty of use this winter and not a hitch or glitch with anything.
