Brad at BW Home Loans went above and beyond to help us. After our previous lender left us feeling frustrated and unsure, Brad stepped in, worked overtime, and made sure we didn’t lose the house. He also helped us secure a better interest rate and a better deal at closing. In less than a week, he had everything ready for us to move toward closing. We’re so grateful for his hard work, responsiveness, and dedication. We highly recommend Brad and BW Home Loans!

BW Home Loans was excellent to work with. This was my first home purchase and Brad was on top of everything and service was excellent. If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend !!

Brad was great throughout the process. I had talked to 2 other lenders before him and he found me a better APR at similar or lower costs. He went above and beyond as my transaction was non standard and he got all the parties involved (lawyers, title, insurance) coordinated in a very efficient fashion. I would definitely recommend him.

Brad helped my mother with her condo purchase. He truly is incredible at what he does. Very professional and knowledgeable. Outside of that, he cares! Very grateful!
