New bike day is only made better by the support and focus on your needs by the team at BW Cycles. I don't want to confess how many bikes i have bought from them over the years but i wont shop anywhere else and that's the best testament i can make about the experience and the family you join after a purchase

Thank you to Olí and the team for your excellent customer service. As someone who knows little about bikes, I felt comfortable asking any question and not made to feel like an idiot. You also kindly spent the time to tell me the best way to dismantle my Cervelo P5, so that I could get in a bike box. Thanks once again!
