The staff was very professional, experienced, kind-hearted, very soft speaking, and very understanding about my situation, I was able to understand exactly everything about debt consolidation and how best it will be for me. Highly recommended this company.
I first want to point out that we absolutely love the owner. My husband and I will always support local business owners before the rest. With that said, he’s really inconsistent with his hours. He’s no longer open on Wednesdays and while he updated hours are posted, on the days that he is open for business, he doesn’t necessarily open right at 10am (as it’s posted). We’ve even waited 30 min-still hasn’t opened the doors. Just a suggestion….we’ll always use BV however, it would be helpful to be consistent with the hours:)
