So disappointed with Buzztech in Colac. Went in and asked them to look at my phone and give me advice on why my phone shuts down. I gave them strict instructions to have a look and pass on any details regarding the issue to try and fix it I gave them my phone number they DID not advise me l would lose all my data as l had my data on my phone when l went in photos of 40 years ago not happy they did flash on it and all gone! l tried contacting the owner but passed me onto their assistant. They destroyed my phone and the destroyed my son’s phone. Clearly they have a robot writing reviews cause every person I talk to hates this place.
They are cheap so that pulls you in. But I promise the repairs are so shit. My phone had to be brung back in 13x I just gave up. Response to owners comment: The don’t forking charge me to begin with you said it was fixable. Charged me then forked me around for 3 months.
