So disappointed with Buzztech in Colac. Went in and asked them to look at my phone and give me advice on why my phone shuts down. I gave them strict instructions to have a look and pass on any details regarding the issue to try and fix it I gave them my phone number they DID not advise me l would lose all my data as l had my data on my phone when l went in photos of 40 years ago not happy they did flash on it and all gone! l tried contacting the owner but passed me onto their assistant. Walk in, ignored by staff who is with another customer. Whilst one don't expect them to stop what they are doing, a friendly attitude and some acknowledgement makes for a good experience.
