The location is great; the customer service is even better. I stopped in to rent a bike to ride along the Canal bike path. The shop is right across the street from Buzzards Bay Park and the start of the bike path. The staff were all extremely polite and professional. They fitted me with a very nice E-bike at a very reasonable price. This is a properly ran business that takes very good care of their customers. Five stars all around.
Affordable prices and helpful staff.
My husband and I stopped at Buzzards Bay Bikes looking for a new bike to replace my 20 year old Huffy. To our surprise, we found one that had everything I was looking for with a bonus of a beautiful yellow finish! ✨ The owners Jim and Pam Ballantyne along with their employees were so helpful and kind. Their price was more than reasonable. They had my new bike ready to go in 15 mins!! Off we went to ride the Canal! I highly recommend Buzzards Bay Bikes for any of your biking needs! Five stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Friendly mom and pop shop. We got a punctured tire on the canal path, limped into the store, and they were good enough to fix our flat right then and there! We were so happy not to be stuck, and they were very generous to handle us right away!
