Great, friendly, professional service from the moment I left my bike to pick up today. Quick turn-around for regular servicing, replacing some parts and removing rust on handlebars and other areas... Looks and works like new! I knew there was a reason for 64 5-star reviews.. and I'm happy to add to it! Highly recommend this place!!

What a great experience renting e-bikes from Buzzards Bay Bikes. The owner and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. We contacted them ahead of rental time online and our brand new e-bikes were waiting for us at our arranged time. We had a quick overview of how these bikes operate and got on the Cape Cod Canal Bikeway easily from the shop. a good reliable place to invest in as well as get an ebike from they fixed my mokwheel battery and they also fixed my mokwheels flat tire and put Tanus tire armor in it they are very good people and very good at there job they make repairs fast and simple sometimes so fast that they can get a bike running again in under 30 minutes and if anyone who reads this and is planning to get an ebike dont just buy a direct to customer ebike buy one from buzzards bay bikes as you will get a warranty on repairs and yearly checkups and r... read more
