I went to the store last night and was greeted by Jacob we was pleasant and easy to talk to about the issues I was having. He then did exactly what he said he would do and fixed my phone. Yay! Jacob was the best service I have had thus far from buzz wireless. Thanks Jacob

My step father has used boost for almost 5 years always has kept up with the bill and just recently added 3 more lines to his service. On April 11th we paid $144 that’s was taken and accepted by boost we even brought in the bank statement to show they took the money. Instead of turning our phones on or returning our money so we can switch services they told us there’s nothing they can do they don’t have our money and to go ahead and switch. I cannot say enough good things about our sales rep Cierra!! I truly feel she went above and beyond to get our service switched from Sprint to Boost! We kept running into hurdles and she remained professional and persistent to make sure we were able to make the switch. Thank you Cierra!
