I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Only received one pair. It's been over a month. This place is a scam. They responded that they would look into it. Still nothing. I wouldn't advise no one to order. Sizes are way off.
BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! Misrepresented product. They will not accept returns and promise refund of 65% of the cost, which has not ever been processed. I was promised several times a quick resolution and refund of my purchase made 4 months ago, and still no refund.
It’s SCAM . SCAM .SCAM , it’s been 2 weeks since we make our order and we still haven’t received it yet, I’m trying to reach out to them they not responding the phone, I emailed them too and no answer as well, the address on the website is for a house not a store.
SCAM! FAKE PRODUCTS OUT OF CHINA!! SIZES ARE WAY OFF, SHOES HURT FEET. THEY WILL DENY THAT THEY SENT THE WRONG PRODUCT AND WILL NOT EXCHANGE OR DO ANY RETURNS. CALL CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE THE SCAM. FAKE ADDRESS AND FAKE PHONE NUMBER. I SENT MANY EMAILS AND OVER 20 PHONE CALLS, NO RESOLUTION!
I only received a receipt that the purchase was completed 7 days ago and I have not received anything and it does not let me check the location of my product. It sends me a page that says error, where are my sneakers?
