Horrible customer service . We ordered a part and paid extra to have the part shipped UPS Red. UPS Red is next day delivery. I contacted the vendor to find out for sure when the part was going to ship because, it had not shipped on the day they promised. . The company email me back and told me the order was going to ship UPS Red on 05/14. The order did not ship on the 05/14 or on 05/15. It shipped on 05/16 for a delivery on 05/17.
