As of August 1, 2023, this store is officially CLOSED permanently. Google still shows hours open and this is not the case. Drove an hour to find this out.
Got to say for being the only primary baby store on the west coast of Florida, it was incredibly disappointing to travel almost 2 hours for such a sparse assortment. After about 10 minutes of sitting in the registry area someone finally greeted us. No help was in the furniture, glider, carseat, stroller section. I thought the store was being closed down with the way it looked. We came here looking for guidance for our registry and Kris was extremely helpful and informed. Very nice store and will be back!
This was truly the best customer service experience. Jody was extremely helpful in showing us the variety of stroller and car seat options! He spent his time and did not rush us and gave us plenty to think about.
