I was having difficulty ordering furniture for my granddaughter’s nursery online so I went into the Buy Buy Baby store in Amherst, NY. Maddie and Kelly, the store staff, were incredibly helpful. I was having issues with delivery options and they did not give up until my problem was resolved. Their persistence, creative problem solving and positive friendly attitude turned around what could have been a really frustrating experience!

This was a great find. Was looking for a car seat stroller combo with specific things and found this place by accident. There are so many options and very well priced. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful as well. Our person (Mary I think) was great. She answered alllllll my questions and helped us get a great combo. Even ended up getting a rocking chair. She even helped talk me out of something I didn't really need (which is usually rare). I highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience at this store! It was well stocked and very organized. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me. I will be back for all my future baby needs.
