I Ordered from buy buy baby on-line and this store is the address it was shipped from. They are selling used formula dispensers as new. You could tell they tried to clean it but it was clearly used. Selling a used product as new when it is meant to feed those with weak and developing immune systems needs to be addressed.
Kayla (Store Manager) is the among the best at her job. We wanted an item that was on the website but not available at any store in Indianapolis, we were able to locate the item at her store and she worked with us to ensure we got what we needed. I feel Kayla went above and beyond to assist us with communication as well as her politeness. I hope corporate acknowledges her and all her efforts she does for customer service. #TOPNOTCHSERVICE
