Sold a broken crib and was told no exchanges or refunds that is bad business 0 stars if it was possible hundreds of dollars down the drain. If you buy from this store make sure you have an employee open the box and check for any damage.
We’ve been there couple times and it was a good place to shopping for your baby. I know almost everyone knows the company will close their many stores because of bankruptcy. And I’m not very surprised because their price is not very competitive and I don’t like use coupons to purchase goods with prices higher than regular price in the market. They should change strategy. To the young employee with pink hair. Word of advice if you see a heavy blue ladder fall on a customer... Ask if they are okay and if they need any help. It is not okay to just walk by a customer and put the ladder back where it should of been in the first place. This miss placement of the ladder could of caused serious injuries to my child.
