Went to return an item, They gave me a warning slip stating I cannot return any other purchases for 90 days! When asked the reason it was a rude - "because of your returns". This was my first every return at buybuy baby.
Definitely will not be shopping here any more . Tried to return baby car seat. Only opened the box and saw was to big will not fit my car. Went online gave me 2 options return In store or online of course picked in store. Get there lady at the front advises me they can not take back. No we’re in policy does it state that. She said since box is opened keep in mind car seat was never even taken out the box only thing securing box was a strip of tape. Lazy workers Beware
