On line website service was a little confusing as my items ordered was shipped directly to the expecting parents. I had to call customer service to get more details. Representative was able to edit and add gift wrap so at least my gifts were wrapped when shipped. So overall I was pleased with the customer service today.
I find myself searching for employees when I have a question. But they do have such a great supply of baby items. I love the 20% coupon offered too!
The customer service is way better here than the service at Babies R Us. However, being able to actually use their coupons is very difficult. There are so many stipulations.
It's been a while since I've been to a baby store, but I thought it was weird that there was no kiosk to print a registry. It was odd to have to wait in line at a desk for someone to print the registry. Otherwise, things were there and easy to find.
One stop shop for all you baby's needs. Great place to shop for gifts. Had a little difficulty finding items on a registry but had fun browsing.
Helpful and friendly staff. They have everything you need for babies from health and safety, clothes, travel and decor.
Love that they have tons of maternity and family with newborn parking. They seem a little pricier than babies r us but the store had more charm
I was introduced to this store when a family member was expecting and was on the registry. It has competitive prices, a great selection of all things baby, and coupons for additional savings.
Hands down the best select of newborn, baby and infant items for any and all your needs. And who can beat free gift wrapping?
