We bought a crib and when we opened the box the crib was damaged. We took it to the store to exchange it and the lady told me since the box was opened they couldn’t exchange it that I need it to call the seller. Which it didn’t make sense because we bought it there. They should be responsible for exchanging the crib. How am I going to know that the crib is damaged if I don’t open the box? And it was only 4 days since we bought it and they did not want to exchange it. Bad customer service. Don’t recommend going to that store.... read more
Going out of business sales started today and there were only TWO employees covering the entire store and they did phenomenal. I was not expecting much considering these people will potentially be out of jobs here shortly, but they were fantastic at managing the phone that was ringing off the hook, the crowd that was gathering to ask questions and find products, and the people checking out. 10/10
We tried to return a chip crib and the store told us that they won’t do a refund on a open box they told us to call manufacturer but we have been trying 2 weeks and they don’t answer the phone. This store sucks they are helpless I won’t go to this store again and I don’t recommend it either because they don’t follow their return policy’s.
