I tried to return a diaper backpack I got from my registry today. The tags had been removed, but I could show that it had been purchased from my registry. The woman, who I think was a manager, told me that she could “smell that it had been used”. Does that sound like something a store manager should say to a customer???? The bag had never been used, and had been sitting in my closet for about two months. Love the store. Excellent service. I was greeted by a friendly associate who asked if she could help me find anything. I knew what I wanted & it was in stock. I purchased hands free baby bottles.
I went there on a holiday and let's face it, no one wants to be working on a holiday. I went in about an hour before closing and everyone was so nice and patient with me! They helped print off my registry, find my items, and offered free tools for wrapping so I wouldn't have to spend more money. Also special shout out to Mariah and Justin, they were so friendly and both helped me place a pretty ribbon bow on the box I'm giving. Thank you so much! Definitely check this place out!!
