Purchased on Wednesday with the promise of shipping next business day. Two business days later emailed (Friday) and got one word response Monday. Monday came and went with label created but not shipped. Finally shipped following Thursday, week after promise. False advertising and customer service provided nothing useful or even an apology. Wouldnt recommend trusting the promises on delivery and supposedly package delivered today.

******** customer service via email, phone, and chat. Items listed as in stock and same day shipping are, in fact, NOT in stock and do NOT ship the same day as many other reviews have stated. I contacted these people days ago via email, recieved no reply through the weekend. I called Monday morning, spoke to a female employee that said the fulfillment would be later today. The * they have on BBB is appropriate. Eager to take your money, less so to ship your product or engage in any form of customer service. Initial feel after placing order is good as you get a personal email from the *** ***** but after that it gets real quiet real quick. My part showed as available on their website and as per ****** email everything would be shipped the next day. I gave them one star because this site won't allow no stars. Do not buy from them. Placed an order 18 days ago and it still hasn't shipped. Emailed them twice with no reply. Facebooked once with no reply. Tried to cancel my order. No reply. In the meantime they have my money. Thank goodness I used paypal. I think I will eventually get my money back. By the way, Paypal contacted them with no reply.

The "owner" Kevin has the worst customer service ever! He is so impolite, called me are you "that lady" that ordered x lights. He hung up the phone before I was done speaking. I placed my order on Sep XX XXXX and when I called for the 3rd time to ask for an update he just told me it was delayed until October 31. I am beyond frustrated not so much about the delay but mostly for his lack of respect towards me. Shame on him for being so rude!

I had a similar experience with the previous reviewer. I placed an order, they said it was in stock, did not receive any updates for a week. When I called, Kevin ********(in charge of online orders), was very rude and said they shipped it via USPS 2 day express; he was dishonest and rude when I called again next day. The shipment arrived 6 days later, delaying the start of our project. Please do not order from this business. ****** B

Treat customers with respect even when they need to return damaged product. Better attitude toward customers.
