I am regular customer of buy low foodsin royal oak. Today i went to buy whole chicken that on sale. I had a very positive experience with Geoff in the meat department. He provided excellent customer service, was friendly, helpful, and very attentive to my needs. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied. Thank you, Geoff, for making my shopping experience so pleasant!
Close neighborhood store. The staff tries hard, but the store is not the same anymore. Prices have gotten totally outrageous, wanted items are no longer stocked and stuff they do have doesn't sell.
Anisha was so great and nice she helped me a lot. I hope she can get good raise or at least bonus for being nice.
I usually buy my stuff from buy low after my gym. The quality is perfect , also, there is a cashier her name is Aliza , she always has smile on her face and make customers feel happy. Her customer service is excellent.
I stopped by Buy-Low Foods after getting off at the SkyTrain station, before heading to my Airbnb. It was convenient to visit on foot, especially if you are staying nearby. The prices are not exactly cheap and felt a little on the expensive side, but they seemed to have most of the basic groceries and daily items you might need.
