I completed the online inquiry about selling my MacBook Air and their response was unprofessional and snarky. I was told that my computer sold for $300-$400 on Ebay, but when I looked for myself, my specific model sold for much higher. (I purchased it a few months prior at a much higher rate also). Visited both locations, great prices on items and excellent customer service.
