Not even worth 1 star. The worst customer service — rude staff and completely unhelpful. Save your money and take your business elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Outstanding Service from Aly at Crossroads Bicycle's, Carine! Last Thursday evening, I rode into Crossroads Bicycle Centre hoping to have my front brake pads replaced on the spot. It was close to closing time, and the shop was clearly very busy with staff working hard to finish up for the day. Despite this, Aly went above and beyond. Great service and servicing of ebike, really helpful and good pricing.
Needed a part urgently yesterday to get my front derailleur sorted for a ride this morning. Spoke to Aly on the phone and he said come down as he had one in stock. Excellent service and will be back again
