Excellent service. The gentleman who transported me (don't have his name sorry) was excellent as were the others. Highly recommended.
Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. We were told by the owner’s brother that we could move in anytime, so we stopped our search and requested the lease agreement. Despite multiple follow-ups, the lease was never sent. Calls and messages were ignored for days. We were told the owner and family wanted to meet us, but no meeting time was ever given and communication completely stopped. I had to wait 3 hours for a ride back! Horrible service especially if you have an appointment downtown
I booked a transport to and from the airport for nine people and our luggage. The drive to the airport was on a Tuesday the drive home on a Saturday. The first part was wonderful. Great driver, on time bus, big enough etc. The way home...a disaster. They sent a 12 passenger van. No room for any luggage. If it weren't for the men with us who shoved and packed the luggage around us in the van we would have had to get ubers.
