He got my friend safely and securely settled in the van. He was professional in every aspect of our time together. He kept us well informed of the progress/timing of the trip. The company is okay. They definitely take care of the vehicles that are sent to their clients. Sure they can use a raise like starting off at $18 an hour or above. Otherwise they're pretty cool to work for.
