CPA we believe, business or customer skills, definite Zero Stars. First appointment I was stood up, second appointment he was 50 min's late. I paid for tax return to be completed on time, Buwe filed every required tax form past IRS deadlines. He refused to pay the penalty or interest due to his negligence. Awful!
I had to find a new CPA a year ago after Buwe stopped filing any of my taxes after Amber left his practice. When I started getting all sorts of notices and fines from the IRS, he said he would remedy the situation but never did... just this last week I got a notice form the IRS about failure to file the quarterly 941 last June and the fines and penalties were over $1500.
