I'm a plaintiff in an arbitrator case. Buty & Curliano assigned one of their attorneys as defendant who has behaved as a total a****. I understand plaintiff and defendant relationships, but respect and courtesy on a professional basis is being "professional." This attorney has not dealt respectfully. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
