Nobody enjoys going to the Tax office, but if you got to go, this is the best one. I called prior to going. Someone answered the phone quickly, which was new... and they were friendly and helpful. On my visit, the wait was less than 10 minutes. The agent was very pleasant & efficient. I changed over a Vehicle Title, and bought Tags for 2 vehicles. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Great job Tax Collectors!
Is there a number that a person can be reached on?
I’ve called over 50 times and no one has answered the phone and no one else in the exact same building seems to have any other answer other than to transfer you to their department that doesn’t answer the phone!!! I’m a disabled veteran who is just trying to figure out why I have received my registration sticker that I renewed almost 3 weeks ago!!!! This is absolutely the most unprofessional and ridiculous government office I have ever dealt with and I was in the ARMY!!!! Best believe I will be contacting my local state repr... read more
This place is a joke. Didn't receive any tax bills in the mail. They don't answer the phone or voicemails. They say you can pay your property taxes online however their system has been down for over a week. Now waiting on their lobby in a line of 8 people before me with 2 of 4 lanes open during the middle of a Monday afternoon.
