Throughout the years adding everything to this building has worked. Overall it is a nice building for all the county needs.
Why would a government office have voicemail that “has not been set up yet” and no one to answer the phone? This is our county tax assessor’s office, why is it so difficult to get help??
Called twice a day, every single day since November 19th, never an answer. It is now December 3rd. Sent two faxes with proof of receipt that have not been acknowledged. Sent several emails with proof of receipt that have not been acknowledged. Went in person, waited in an hour line and was told to fax and email the same documents I have already sent (again, with proof of receipt). Also provided documents in person and was told it must be faxed. These people are comically useless. Nancy Washington desperately needs to be fire... read more
