Called twice a day, every single day since November 19th, never an answer. It is now December 3rd. Sent two faxes with proof of receipt that have not been acknowledged. Sent several emails with proof of receipt that have not been acknowledged. Went in person, waited in an hour line and was told to fax and email the same documents I have already sent (again, with proof of receipt). Anybody actually answering the phones in the building???
Nobody enjoys going to the Tax office, but if you got to go, this is the best one. I called prior to going. Someone answered the phone quickly, which was new... and they were friendly and helpful. On my visit, the wait was less than 10 minutes. The agent was very pleasant & efficient. I changed over a Vehicle Title, and bought Tags for 2 vehicles. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Great job Tax Collectors!
Is there a number that a person can be reached on?
I’ve called over 50 times and no one has answered the phone and no one else in the exact same building seems to have any other answer other than to transfer you to their department that doesn’t answer the phone!!! I’m a disabled veteran who is just trying to figure out why I have received my registration sticker that I renewed almost 3 weeks ago!!!! This is absolutely the most unprofessional and ridiculous government office I have ever dealt with and I was in the ARMY!!!! Best believe I will be contacting my local state repr... read more
