The village water is bad. There's a heavy build up of scale and a black substance. The water often smells of "chlorine?" and can have a sandy tan color to it. The Village says it tests within limits. If so, we need new limits. Still trying to find who is above the village to complain. P.S. one star bc I couldn't post zero.
