Best thing I did was move my loved ones out. Management is weak and unqualified. Some staff are good, others not. Overall very unprofessional. Owner is nowhere to be found and doesn't care about the business or residents.
Not great place! Employees not treated well. Absolutly no respect for other at this work place Other Employees should watch how they talk about residents. Place should get up to.date with a lot of things ....list goes on Place needs full clean.... Needs have few new employees for sure A whole new policy should be put in place for training Employees. List goes on. Health... RHRA should come an do a surprise inspection. 0
Butternut Manor is a lovely home. When you arrive at the front entrance you come in to a home that feels comfortable and a lot like home. The staff are welcoming and always willing to assist anyone when in need. The residents seem to be very happy and content. The fresh food served daily is tasty and plentiful. This really is such a wonderful home!!
Major flaws about this retirement home. The psws and nurses are great, however management leaves less to be desired. The manager has been known to hide resident on resident sexual assault and has been investigated by the RHRA. One look at the plague at the front desk (which states they hid the assaults) will ensure you will not want to return. Until the General Manager leaves, this place is NOT SAFE for residents.
