Terrible Experience personal item stolen, NO Support from Spa I had a deeply disappointing experience at (Butterfly Spa Great neck). During my visit my glasses were stolen from the premise, and despite reporting the incident immediately, the staff showed NO real concern or effort to investigate or assist in any meaningful way. what's worse, the spa completely refused to take responsibility or even acknowledge that something like this could happen in their facility.
