Nobody got back to me after I gave out my personal information to do my taxes. They had a question and I was told someone would get back to me. A month later I called and was told my case was "out of scope" because these are unpaid volunteers. Excuse me, but my case was simple for anyone who had basic tax knowledge and in any case no one bothered to let me know. So now my taxes are due in 3 weeks and I have to scramble to get them done.
