This is absolutely ridiculous! I had a horrible experience yesterday 7/7/25 trying to get a ride from Ampla Health back to my home in Oroville. The driver Craig drove like a maniac just trying to be able to pick up more passengers and make more money! He was actually receiving calls and writing down pick up time and locations looking down while driving me home! He was all over the road! So he obviously wasn't paying attention to my location. For a small town that doesn't have any uber or lyft, having Butte taxi is such a blessing! Not having a car is such a hassle to where my work starts at 8:30 but sometimes I have to wake up at 5:30 just to catch a ride there! :/ For only ten dollars for a ride is so awesome for days I don't want to wake up so early! ❤️ Their cars are clean, no creep vibes from the guys (which is what I'm scared of the most 😬) but I will say! Very friendly drivers - don't know the womans name, but she took me to ER on 2/15...she is just an overall pleasant person.....you don't see much of that anymore.
