Horrible experience. Came in with my OFFICAL divorce paperwork to get my name changed and the lady refused to take it. Saying ID have to go back to Great Falls Montana, to get it. When I explained the paperwork she was is what was given she said she couldn't accept it. I even had my new social security card (using that same paperwork) and she still refused. What a joke especially after waiting in line for over an hour. There was 0 sense of urgency even the line was out the door and the lady who "helped" was anything but help... read more
These gals are always the sweetest. Even when I forget to renew my tags for months. Even when I am severely in the wrong they assured me things happen and we all goof up from time to time and always have a smile on their faces. I've lived here most of my life with the exception of a few years and after dealing with other Treasurer offices I am so grateful for the kindness and generosity of this crew!
